At the end of a long, narrow alley, hidden between a cheese shop and a drugstore, lies this impressive location, commonly known as the “Sigarenfabriek” (Cigar Factory). Until a few years ago, this old industrial building stood abandoned and unused. Bruno Ninaber van Eyben purchased it from the Delft family that owned it, intending to restore it and repurpose it for business use.

Today, the former factory has been renovated and integrated into **Studio Ninaber**. The ground floor serves as the studio's production space, while the first floor is used for a variety of purposes, including musical events such as the Delft Chamber Music Festival and the Delft Fringe Festival.
