De Nijverheid is a cultural free haven in the Werkspoorkwartier of Utrecht, home to studios and creative workspaces for over 50 independent artists, designers, and creative makers. It’s a raw space where artists can create, experiment, and exhibit their work.


De Nijverheid provides a platform for visual and performing arts, welcoming any maker or artist craving edge, experimentation, and crossovers. In addition to the studios, there are various indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces, an art café, a waterfront terrace, and weekly cultural programming.
